To get started, simply:
1 Select the Products | Service you wish to purchase and make payment using the PayPal™ button.
2 Fill out the Contact Form notifying us that you just submitted payment for a product, which we’ll confirm via PayPal™. Be sure to double check that your e-mail address is typed correctly!
3 We’ll be in touch shortly via e-mail to confirm purchase, payment and what we need from you to get started on your new job-search documents!
To expedite service, Affordable Résumé Help provides a hassle-free payment process that allows you to pay instantly—via credit card through PayPal™—directly from our Products and Service page at the time of purchase. Sorry; we currently do not accept personal checks.
After payment, be sure to complete Step #2 above (Contact Form).
If you experience any trouble while submitting your credit-card payment information via PayPal™, double check to be sure you’re using a valid credit card with proper number and information. If all information is correct and you’re certain you’re using correct information, give it a few minutes and try again. You may also try using a different credit card. If you received a “Declined” message, contact your card’s issuing bank for clarification on why your card is being declined. Due to privacy issues, banks do not disclose this information to merchants.

This means that you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result of shopping at www.affordableresumehelp.com. All charges will appear on your credit card statement under the company name of Affordable Résumé Help.

All Affordable Résumé Help documents are delivered to you via e-mail as Microsoft Word documents. It is therefore vital that you enter your e-mail address correctly when submitting your order. Once you submit an order, if you don't receive a confirmation e-mail that it has been received, please contact us again via e-mail quickly to verify that your e-mail address was entered correctly.
Résumé critiques are typically processed within 24 to 48 hours from the time payment is processed, barring any uncontrollable problem with the Internet. The standard turnaround time for targeted cover letters is generally 48 hours. Custom résumés typically take 72 hours from the time payment is processed. Naturally, all turnaround times are dependent upon timely communications between Affordable Résumé Help and individual clients when further information is needed to complete the job.
In a perfect world, we’d have “banker hours” of 9 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. However, we’ve been known to burn the midnight oil to accommodate the urgent needs of our clients.
A number of things can influence the turnaround time of your order, such as when we are awaiting more information, a completed questionnaire, payment, etc. We pride ourselves in effective and timely communications, but should you need to inquire about your project while we are working on it, simply send us an e-mail and we’ll promptly update you on the project status. Further, if more than 4 days have passed and you’ve heard nothing from us, check the e-mail account you used when you submitted your purchase order. If you have any type of spam filter on the account, it may recognize the e-mail you receive from Affordable Résumé Help, with your resume attachment, as spam—and may well be sitting unopened in your spam folder.
Client résumés are archived and kept in a safe place for a period of one year. If, during that time, you need us to resend your résumé, simply drop us an e-mail stating such. As with any important document, it is wise to keep a copy burned to CD-ROM, in a safe place, along with a printed, hard copy for your records.
